Hello, We ordered on April 13, 2025, with an UPS Express option for 18 euros for delivery within 24 hours (guaranteed time). The delivery took place on Monday, April 28, which is 14 days late, well after the expected birthday date. No commercial gesture noted!!! Hello Mrs. Martin, we are sorry to read about your dissatisfaction. However, it was clearly indicated that the item was on Pre-order: noted on the product sheet, as well as by email twice. You should not have hesitated to contact us by email upon noticing that you had not received your order within 24 hours. We would have obviously refunded the shipping costs before shipping knowing that you were expecting it for a birthday. Nevertheless, we did send it via UPS Express Saver and your order was shipped as a priority as soon as we received our tables.
