Poor communication due to email issues, delivery was meant to be 4 days max, late delivery as company could not contact me, I received no call, meant I had to go and collect the tracks myself meaning a 2 hour round trip, otherwise I would have lost a weeks work. On a plus side the tracks are of good quality!

My order was perfect, except for the transport which took too long I cancelled it, I had to look for it directly at their depot in saintes to work on my building site knowing that it should be delivered to my home I would have lost an extra day.

Very good overall, the only downside was not knowing the availability of the product. Otherwise I received the caterpillars very quickly despite being in Corsica. I highly recommend it!

Delivery time not met about 2 weeks waiting for a track. Admittedly, the mini-excavator is a 2002 model. But it still works well. I would have liked to have at least the information on the delay. Thank you. The track seems to be of good quality.

delivery was very bad,db schenker posted on the tracking service, that my tracks were out for delivery several times and 3 days i waited for delivery,in the end i had to go to there depot in murcia and pick them up myself,regards jack
