- 1 - Peel vegetables - - 2 - Finely chop onion. Dice the pumpkin and set aside. Cut the carrot into slices and set aside. Cut the potato into cubes and set aside. - 3 - Melt the palm oil in a stewpot. Brown the onion and pumpkin, then add the carrot, potato and parsley. Cover with water and leave to cook. - 4 - The vegetables are cooked. Remove from the heat and blend with the crème fraiche.
