14 : The delivery date was postponed three times. No commercial gesture. The only solution offered is a refund of the order, which puts the customer in even more difficulty, especially when the order is urgent. Like many, payment for the order must be made immediately, but for timely delivery, well, that can wait.

When you made your priority purchase on the same day, one of my salespeople had a doubt about the items you ordered, so he contacted you and made you a quote for additional accessories to make the connection feasible. You only got back to us a few days later saying that you wanted to keep your order. A credit note was generated to refund you the shipping costs because we sent it to you economically.
