28: Lamentable handling of the order. Announced as shipped online and still not processed a week later... I had to get very angry on the phone for my order to finally be shipped express! Commercial gesture requested. Response: No this time, but OK on the next order... So, it's not going to arrive anytime soon!!! At least, the goods were compliant with the order, poorly packaged, but compliant! Run away and don't look back ;-)

However, the delivery needs to be reviewed, the product was ordered on Saturday afternoon, handed over to the carrier on Monday afternoon, this was confirmed to me by email, so far so good, except that I was delivered on Friday afternoon after contacting the shipping service of Technic-Achat twice. The carrier was supposed to contact me by email, SMS or phone to give me a delivery time slot, which he never did.
