Order placed on December 31, processed on January 1 or 2, received on January 21. No explanation to justify this delay, far too long for equipment that is needed. A response, however, when I got angry by email, "out of stock". Be serious, with a little friendly explanation, everything passes, we can understand. A little note is all! And we don't get angry!!!!

Hello I received my package very quickly during my purchase I contacted the company for more information they were given to me with great precision the package arrived in good condition compliant with my expectations and of good quality the only thing for which I do not give 5 stars is that I had to call this number for technical advice and the person on the other end gave me a phone number for after-sales service a 0 800 premium rate I find that a bit unfortunate otherwise go ahead and order with your eyes closed I think this company is reliable
