14: The combination of motor and frequency inverter is a good idea. Both are of very good quality and work as they should. However, the user manual for the inverter is a disaster. Translated from Chinese into a sort of English, it contains numerous spelling and expression mistakes. Most of the information remains incomprehensible. The terms used are not explained. Most of the 100 pages with parameter coding are also not understandable. The numbering system for the different types does not correspond to the numbers found on the device. Thus, one cannot identify their equipment. I think the product deserves a bit of care for a simple, clear, and understandable description in French or English. Fred Casadei

33 : Nothing to say about the site which is well done, I quickly found the product I was looking for at a fair price. However, the delivery needs to be reviewed, the product was ordered on Saturday afternoon, handed over to the carrier on Monday afternoon, this was confirmed to me by email, so far so good, except that I was delivered on Friday afternoon after contacting the shipping service of Technic-Achat twice. The carrier was supposed to contact me by email, SMS or phone to give me a delivery time slot, which he never did. I will still return to your site, hopefully, for the next order with a carrier that meets today's standards.
