Furthermore, we are not responsible for the care taken by the carriers once the package has been entrusted to them. That is why we make sure to protect the skis as much as possible by using standard boxes and wrapping new skis in bubble wrap to protect them. Now regarding the sole length. It is indeed possible that the person you spoke to on the phone made a mistake. Indeed, the sole length can vary from one model to another (of the chosen brand). We are sorry and would like to apologize. However, following your request and as an exceptional measure, we have agreed to drill to match two lengths so that you can use two pairs of shoes. This is only because the sole lengths were close, and the chosen binding allows for adjustment of more or less one size. You just need to move the rear stop to adjust it to your shoe. Therefore, there is no need to make a commercial gesture since the skis are correctly drilled, and the bindings are adjustable to the desired length. Finally, you have already seen this on the phone following the receipt of the order.
