Very good fast shipping, however I am very disappointed with the return service which is non-existent, return costs are 100% at the buyer's expense and no returns possible at relay points, so I had to return my item via Colissimo which cost me 4 times the shipping fees of the order.
So be careful!!! Choose your item well because returns are not EASY...

The product and its price are excellent, but what can I say about the delivery follow-up and the delivery itself.
Everything started well with a delivery information via SMS and email setting a date with a 3-hour time slot.
You block this time slot and then nothing, not even a message informing you of a delay. In the evening, you receive an SMS asking you to schedule another date. This was done for the day after tomorrow to finally receive my pair of skis. Result: 6 hours of lost work for 1 pair of skis.
