I am very satisfied with the material received in perfect condition. However, I went to pick it up in St Brieuc because it had been pending there for 5 days. The welcome was good and it went well, but it seems that at Geodis in St Brieuc in July, there is a lack of staff, hence no delivery to follow.

I installed this chair at my father's house, where he often fell asleep at the table and ended up falling over. I personally find it very practical, but my father often confuses the two levers: the one for turning and the other for moving forwards and backwards. A minor problem with the castors on tiled floors: when they're turned inwards and you stand up by pressing on the armrests, the chair tends to move backwards. Thanks to customer service, I've been able to get feet without castors. My caregivers and I recommend this chair, as it gives me greater peace of mind with regard to my father.

With regard to castors on tiles, we are pleased that our customer service team was able to provide you with a solution using feet without castors. We take note of your comments to continue improving our products. However, turning the castors inside out is exceptional and does not correspond to the normal operation of the chair.

The pivoting part of the thing is much too hard for an elderly person... Is there a solution? The moving forward part is quite easy and effective.
