You are not satisfied, these things happen.
You left a negative review without telling us about your disappointment.

We contacted you by phone, then by email on our after-sales service to assist you and remind you of our "satisfied or your money back" policy.

You've opted for a refund, but you'd like us to cover the return shipping costs.
This is the case when there is a defect on the product or an error on our part, because we take our responsibilities towards our customers seriously.
When it's your choice to return the order (for which delivery was offered) and everything is as promised, we'll refund you without any problem, but we can't cover the cost of return (no Jeff BEZOS behind econotes).

You're welcome to hand-deliver your order, but there's no obligation to ship it.

In the meantime, please rest assured that you are using the stick-it correctly. If you press hard, the writing may mark the paper. The paper can be smoothed with a hairdryer: a little trick that sometimes helps! We hope this helps you get the most out of your econotes? product.

Hello Chantal, In this type of case, don't hesitate to contact customer service, as our products are satisfied or your money back. In case you didn't know, each sheet can be reused 500 times, which in your case is equivalent to the purchase of 5,000 standard post-it notes. Customer service will contact you to work out a suitable and satisfactory solution.

We're sorry if the rigidity of our covers isn't to your liking. Our covers are semi-rigid, which gives our notebooks a certain lightness, unlike a thick, rigid and therefore heavy cover, made from wood and not water-resistant. We don't offer payment by bank transfer on our website. However, I see that you have paid by credit card. The online payment provider (Paypal or Shopify) is probably registered in Luxembourg, as is often the case. We are a French company registered in France. Our workshop is located in Mougins in the Alpes-Maritime, where we manufacture ALL our notebooks. We have no links with Luxembourg. You can find all the information in the legal notice on our website.

Doesn't that sound like the ideal gift? For the size of the notebook, we have different formats (A4, A5, A6). Maybe there's been a mix-up? As for the pens, the cartridge allows you to write 400 meters of lines, depending on your writing rhythm, it empties more or less quickly. You can only replace the ink cartridge by buying one on our website (x10 pack) or in the shops (Pilot Frixion brand is compatible with our pens). Finally, the pages marked so quickly is clearly not normal, as each page can be used more than 1000 times without alteration. Customer service will contact you to find the most suitable solution and we'll sort it all out.

Hello, thank you for your opinion. Concerning the ink, it does indeed need a few seconds to dry, like a fountain pen. If the ink takes longer to dry, don't hesitate to contact us to check that the pen has no defects. The CamScanner application has a totally free part that works very well for scanning notebook pages. You can also use another scanning application if you wish, such as Adobe Scan, genius scan or scanbot.

Update 16/09/2021: Following your email confirming the resolution of your problem (still related to the carrier but not to the product or our service), we haven't heard from you since our invitation to update your review. Hello Nicolas! You contacted us to let us know that your parcel was not present at the relay point. Pénélope from customer service got back to you the same day. We made some enquiries and it turned out that your parcel had indeed been collected from the relay point, against signature. A worldwide parcel is collected against a signature and proof of identity. We obtained the signature used and sent it to you. Despite this, we continue to believe in your good faith. To this day, we are still waiting for your declaration of non-receipt of the parcel and the copy of your ID to act on your behalf with Mondial Relay. I'd like to remind you that we're currently talking to you about taking action with Mondial Relay, even though your parcel was collected from the relay point, in exchange for an ID and a signature. Do you understand that we're not the right people to blame?

Please be assured that our customer service team is here to help you with any problems you may encounter. It's never happened that the ink took several minutes to dry, so we'll first work with you to find out what the problem is (via Visio, for example), and if necessary we'll send you a new notebook and new pens. Hello Aurélie! Thank you very much for your feedback? The ink in these pens is heat-sensitive and therefore water-based, so as with any other pen of this type, it will wear out more quickly than a Bic, for example. We sell refills on our website... As for the fact that the pages curl, this doesn't happen when you use a damp cloth. Have you used the eraser? This is only intended for small areas. Regular heavy use of the eraser over large areas can actually damage the pages. Customer service will get back to you to clarify the situation? See you soon!

Concerning customer service, you contacted them on March 30 and received a reply the same day, within exactly 22 minutes. This e-mail invited you to send a message when you placed your order so that we could proceed with the manual modification. Please also note that your order did not include any comments from you.
