Impossible to order colored refills for the pens, after an unanswered e-mail more than a month ago to customer service to notify them I ventured to order and to indicate in the comments my wish...Big failure I now find myself with 20 black refills!!! This shows a lack of customer service and care in shipping ... I wanted to generalize these tools for my employees and customers ... our group will find something else

Concerning customer service, you contacted them on March 30 and received a reply the same day, within exactly 22 minutes. This e-mail invited you to send a message when you placed your order so that we could proceed with the manual modification. Please also note that your order did not include any comments from you. I received a very fragile notebook for an article that claims to last over time... Very thin pages, too light a binding and a cheap felt-tip. All this at a price that deserved better. Very disappointed.

Leaves writing marks when erased and smudges when wiped with a damp cloth. I reported the problem via Messenger, sent photos and that was it - no more news from them.

Brilliant! I love the concept, it's eco-friendly, the writing is fluid, and it only rubs off when you want it to with the back of the gel pens, or even better, with my damp cloth. I'm delighted with my purchase and warmly recommend the brand to my friends and family. I've even talked to my employer about it, because the products are so up to date, of such high quality and, what's more, eco-friendly! I just love them!

I bought this product because the concept seemed interesting. On the other hand, I don't find the writing pleasant at all, nor the erasing with the pen. And I don't see the point of the digital aspect. In short, I must be off target. I'll go back to my classic notebooks and pencil+eraser :)

Hello, I thought that when I erased there wouldn't be any traces afterwards but the word is still legible even when erased, I find that it doesn't look clean, I'm disappointed.
