Hello Valéry! Thanks for your feedback? Indeed, using a gel pen with the stone paper is what makes the EcoNotebk reusable. So don't use conventional pens if you want to reuse your notebook, unless you want to make, for example, a chart that will remain as you fill it in and erase its contents. To always have the right pen and avoid your misadventure we automatically supply a pen with its pen holder to stick on the notebook. I'm sure that once you've stuck it on, it won't happen to you again. The information is also given on the instructions supplied and in the EcoNotebk on the first page, so your colleagues won't be able to miss it! Best of luck to you.

Hello Ulrich! Thank you for your feedback, delivery was indeed offered for containment. Rest assured, since the end of November there have been no ads mentioning free delivery. You may have saved it, in which case you'll still see it, but now you're the only one. You consulted us before placing your order to claim the free delivery that was mentioned on the product sheet. The chat operator asked for 3 minutes to carry out the necessary checks and become fully acquainted with the current file in order to help you as best she could, but when she returned, you'd already ordered, complaining about the length of the check. Stéphen called you within half an hour to apologize and offer you an extra notebook in your order, which you accepted. Then we discovered that you had written a review on Trustpilot even though you hadn't received your order. We don't take this personally, we understand that you certainly needed to vent your frustration, and we're glad we could be of service.
