It's always when a problem arises that you can see the responsiveness of the other. I'm still just as satisfied with the product, the price and the service.

Response from EFFINOV NUTRITION Published on 30/04/2019

Hello, We have taken into account your dissatisfaction and have taken corrective action to ensure that this does not happen again. Following the dispatch of the second parcel by TNT Express 24H, which was finally delivered to you within 48 hours, we lodged a complaint with the carrier, who acknowledged their error. Please be assured that customer satisfaction is at the heart of our concerns, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
For this reason, we would like to offer you 1 box of 10 Hydraminov sticks with your next order by mentioning it in the comments: "Vu avec le service client le 30/04/19, merci d'ajouter gratuitement une boîte de 10 sticks Hydraminov saveur............." Cordialement, le service client Effinov.

It was hard to get started, but with time I adapted. My surgeon recommended another laboratory but I quickly came back to you. It's the only tablet compatible with my medication. I'm currently taking 2 tablets. So I'm very satisfied.

The site is fine, but nothing more. We need more explanations of the benefits of each product, with examples.
