I tested it in training and then during a 90km trail run, and no cramps. It was very, very hot, so I divided the dose by 2 and there was no nausea.

With this product I was expecting a slight weight loss and unfortunately not. Having said that, it's a product that's pleasant to consume. Mixed results for me but it worked on other people.

Good explanations of the product on the website and information on how to use the product. I only regret the delivery time, which took more than 10 days.

For me, the best energy products for endurance sports in terms of digestive tolerance and caloric intake specific to a triathlon, for example. Fast delivery in perfect condition.
