Order received impeccably and quickly. I started using the heated mask because of my repeated chalazions. I'm very satisfied, it adapts well to my face, I'm waiting for my chalazion to disappear before testing the eyeliner. I'll see over time if my problems improve. Compared to the 48 h delivery time announced on the phone by the person I contacted, I had to wait almost a whole week for the mask I ordered... Nothing to say, however, about the packaging conditions and the item itself...

Everything went smoothly. I would have appreciated receiving a tracking link for my parcel. The price of shipping to Belgium is very high, although the Belgian part is handled by DPD, the only one on my blacklist.

Very practical and effective mask for dry eyes. After putting it in the microwave and wearing it warm (approx. 45°C) for 10 minutes, my eyes cried a lot, then my vision was blurred but this inconvenience disappeared after a few minutes.
