Hello, satisfied at 65% since I don't hear the beeps that invite us to blink (the beeps are too high-pitched and blend with my tinnitus). Is it possible to modify these sound beeps to make them lower? I also have a question, I wanted to call you but in vain 3 times. What are the frequencies to do this 12' treatment exercise? I give a rating of 4 only because I suggest that it would be relevant as an area for improvement to suggest the simultaneous purchase of the heating mask and the battery. Personally, if this had been proposed to me, I would have bought the mask and the battery at once, rather than incurring shipping costs twice. Aside from that, the mask provides real comfort from the first session and the battery seems essential to me, especially when traveling, moving... It's
