It's easy to order, everything is well explained, and I got the parcel in the mail very quickly. The mask is very easy to use and I quickly noticed the results. I'm very satisfied. I recommend it. Good site and videos. Fast and careful shipping. Perfect. I bought the hydrating heated glasses for my 3 year old daughter who has chalazions repeatedly. She keeps them on for about 7 minutes every night, then massages her eyelids and blinks as explained on the EMGIDI website, and uses special products to care for them. My daughter tolerates the mask well and I find it effective if used right away. Otherwise, I find it cools down quickly. But I have no point of comparison. This is the 1st mask I've bought. In any case, I'm not disappointed!
