I'm very disappointed with your masks. I was looking for ones with nose clips, but yours are impossible to wear with glasses. The seams aren't done properly (a lot of extra fabric) and make it hard to keep the glasses on. Your goggles are too thick and don't breathe properly. Impossible to use. My investment remains in the closet.

I have only received 2 of the 5 masks I ordered. The company claims to have dispatched 5 and will therefore do nothing. Of the 2 received, one has two elastic bands of different sizes, so the mask is crooked.

The mask is not very breathable, incompatible with the use of glasses, and the fastening cords are not practical for frequent use. Elastic bands would have been preferable.

Out of 2 masks ordered and paid for, only one arrived in an envelope that was too light and torn. Despite my complaint, and a promise to send another mask 15 days ago, nothing has been received to date. Mask received too small, too thick, unpleasant to wear.

Quite apart from the problem of delivery - which is not Ergotech's fault, but which still counts for the whole service - I'd like to criticize the masks for having elastic bands that are far too short, making the mask uncomfortable to wear. This is more than annoying!
