This is my second purchase of an ergonomic cushion to relieve my pudendal neuralgia, following the loss of the first one. I called the company hoping to get the cushion as soon as possible, and know that understanding my situation, it was impossible for me to sit without this cushion, as soon as my order was placed early in the afternoon, I was notified of its production and shipping the next day. I received my cushion 2 days later in the morning, even the Post was quick, and I assure you that as soon as I received it, I was relieved. Ergotech is not just about products, it's a company that listens entirely to its customers and tries as much as it can to satisfy them. Understand that in a situation of disability, feeling listened to and supported as they all did, from the person I spoke to on the phone, to the one who wrapped it for shipping, all helped me reduce my waiting time in pain, so thank you, thank you and thank you again.

Nice idea, nice product, nice company. But very "French", even if there is an English version of the website, all communication about order status is in French. For me it’s okay, but to conquer the European market you should use modern language technologies to translate for each country. Every basic programmer would help. Good luck and I hope more people would be able to try your products outside of France. Cheers.

I've been testing the seat and backrest for the car for a week (I drive between 400 and 500 km/day) it took me about 3 days to figure out how to place everything. I've also changed my driving position a lot. It's very comfortable for the seat and back. I think it's going to suit me well

Cushion meets my expectations, and I am satisfied with my phone call with customer service. The cushion had been folded to fit into the mailbox, despite the manufacturer's instructions to the postal services for a signature-required delivery, and my presence at home to receive the package.

Disappointed because I don't feel any difference with and without the seat, the bumps in the road are not absorbed, too bad and it's expensive.

It would be preferable to send the cushion orders in a box. I found mine folded in the mailbox. A box would have prevented this. Regards.
