Cushion meets my expectations, and I am satisfied with my phone call with customer service. The cushion had been folded to fit into the mailbox, despite the manufacturer's instructions to the postal services for a signature-required delivery, and my presence at home to receive the package.

Disappointed because I don't feel any difference with and without the seat, the bumps in the road are not absorbed, too bad and it's expensive.

It would be preferable to send the cushion orders in a box. I found mine folded in the mailbox. A box would have prevented this. Regards.

The ergotech cushion fits perfectly and provides unexpected comfort and support. I had previously tried other cushions that I had returned. The ergotech is expensive but worth the price.

Hello, I have received my Ergoccyx Bureau+ cushion. I wanted to make a comment regarding the packaging. The postman tried to bend the product to fit it into the mailbox. Fortunately, my husband stopped him in time since we were expecting this delivery. I understand the eco-responsible approach that motivates your choice of packaging, but perhaps you could specify that it is a fragile product intended for medical use, and especially to avoid bending it to prevent the risk of damage. Given the price, it would be a shame. Furthermore, I don't have much long-term feedback yet, but I have tried the cushion and it completely fulfills the relief objective I was hoping for at the moment.
