The items are of very good quality and give complete satisfaction; the only regret is that they have to be replaced a little too often (for my part, every two years), as the seat in particular ends up sagging. Deadlines were met; a serious company.

Ordered masks and received them more than 3 weeks after ordering. No reply to my message of concern about the delay. Mask has a lace-type fastener and is not elastic... It is not ergonomic at nose level. Disappointed with my purchase.

Hello, we got together to place a large order for the first masks made by Ergotech. We're very disappointed because they're too small and the elastics easily slip out of the ears. We won't be able to use them. Good quality material. Easy to wash and quick drying. In the order we had 3 of the new model which is perfect outside summer.

I can confirm that our first mask models didn't fit everyone.
We now only have one model, created by us, which adapts perfectly to different faces. It's the one you received in triplicate.

No news of my order on the expected delivery date (5 weeks) and no response when I asked questions. When I finally got a reply, it was to tell me to cancel my order if I wasn't happy. The product purchased (fabric mask) is very average. The quality varies from mask to mask.

Finally, concerning the difference in quality between masks, we confess we don't understand...

Very serious company good material but unfortunately I can not put 5 stars because my package took a long time to come, I specify that even the CEO of ergotech called me twice which is rare to first apologize for the delay and promise me to speed up and what he did! Very long lead times and mask elastics too short, impossible to wear. They made masks but didn't have the capacity to manufacture this product, even though the filtration was validated by AFNOR.

As we explained, it's impossible for elastic bands to fit everyone, which is why we now only offer the bias model (to be tied behind the head).
We have a production capacity of 20,000 masks a day, and we now have stock.

nice site, but a pity, the masks seem to be of good quality, out of 20 reusable masks received 5 may be usable, the elastics are too short and pull on the ears. Disappointed :(

As we mentioned, standard-sized elastic bands are unfortunately not suitable for everyone. That's why we now offer a mask with bias ties to tie behind the head.

Quite apart from the problem of delivery - which is not Ergotech's fault, but which still counts for the whole service - I'd like to criticize the masks for having elastic bands that are far too short, making the mask uncomfortable to wear. This is more than annoying!

I had to go and pick up my parcel, the delivery man hadn't told me I was away on a medical appointment; the carrier's website wasn't working, so I had to go to Cesson Sevigné. Not a great delivery; as for the masks, they're too thick to breathe and the elastics are too short: not really satisfied;

Hello,

Our carrier Géodis has also had to cope with very high demand, which has had an impact on deliveries, but it is doing everything it can to remedy the situation.

Concerning the thickness of the mask, it has been designed for optimum efficiency and absorbs 97.5% of particles after 50 washes (compared to the 99% absorption rate of surgical masks). It's true that some of our customers find it too thick, but this is rare, as the protection provided is the priority.
Indeed, following feedback on elastic bands, we have decided to stop offering them, as they cannot automatically be adapted for everyone.
