A company that was able to react to the shortage of masks and didn't wait for all these official validations to manufacture them. I'm not exactly familiar with their usual activities, but if they react so quickly to problems, it's because they're responsive and competent, and that's something to be encouraged. I paid 20 euros more for a cover with a harness and received one without. After a phone call, they were supposed to send me one but I still haven't received anything.

Very serious company good material but unfortunately I can not put 5 stars because my package took a long time to come, I specify that even the CEO of ergotech called me twice which is rare to first apologize for the delay and promise me to speed up and what he did! In short confinement period covid-19 I understand that to send packages it was not easy so to excuse I recommend Ergotech!

It's true that elastic bands are not suitable for everyone and can cause discomfort. In fact, we've decided to stop making masks with elastics, and only with bias ties, to alleviate this problem.
