I have cluneal neuralgia and this cushion does not relieve me at all, the price is high and the guarantee speech promises relief which is not my case

The length is more important than announced

Excessive price for a piece of foam that is no more effective than a cushion bought for 30€. I will return it.

Cushion meets my expectations, and I am satisfied with my phone call with customer service. The cushion had been folded to fit into the mailbox, despite the manufacturer's instructions to the postal services for a signature-required delivery, and my presence at home to receive the package.

It would be preferable to send the cushion orders in a box. I found mine folded in the mailbox. A box would have prevented this. Regards.

Hello, I have received my Ergoccyx Bureau+ cushion. I wanted to make a comment regarding the packaging. The postman tried to bend the product to fit it into the mailbox. Fortunately, my husband stopped him in time since we were expecting this delivery. I understand the eco-responsible approach that motivates your choice of packaging, but perhaps you could specify that it is a fragile product intended for medical use, and especially to avoid bending it to prevent the risk of damage. Given the price, it would be a shame. Furthermore, I don't have much long-term feedback yet, but I have tried the cushion and it completely fulfills the relief objective I was hoping for at the moment. I don't have too much hindsight to evaluate the "2045 + 2013 Car Healing Pack" that I did receive! When I return from vacation in mid-August, ask me again. I've never used the lever on my seat to raise or lower it. It's currently stuck! I hope my mechanic can do something, because with my cushion, I'm a bit high (laughs).

The cushion gives me comfort but not over the long term, e.g. a 2-hour car journey.

It would be interesting to be able to have your order delivered at a point_relais so that you don't have to wait a whole day for it to be delivered. Otherwise, the item ordered is perfect.

I feel that the cushion is quite effective when shaking in streets that have undergone a lot of work. On the other hand, unless I place the cushion on the wrong side (?), the strap with the fixed buckle on the inside of the seat is difficult to fit, given that I change vehicles every weekend!

My pudendal neuralgia cushion, as far as I'm concerned, lacks thickness. Given the cost, I was hoping for better!

As I feared, the cushion does not alleviate pain because there is not enough height and there is always contact between the buttock and the support. Disappointed, especially considering the cost of this cushion.

The Alcock-Rest cushion seems very effective after 15 days of use, especially in the car. The website is a bit lazy.

It's anti-vibration for forklift drivers, but not comfortable to sit on...
