Very expensive, little gel and imbalance of the basin at the junction of gel and foam

Disappointed because I don't feel any difference with and without the seat, the bumps in the road are not absorbed, too bad and it's expensive.

It would be preferable to send the cushion orders in a box. I found mine folded in the mailbox. A box would have prevented this. Regards.

Hello, I have received my Ergoccyx Bureau+ cushion. I wanted to make a comment regarding the packaging. The postman tried to bend the product to fit it into the mailbox. Fortunately, my husband stopped him in time since we were expecting this delivery. I understand the eco-responsible approach that motivates your choice of packaging, but perhaps you could specify that it is a fragile product intended for medical use, and especially to avoid bending it to prevent the risk of damage. Given the price, it would be a shame. Furthermore, I don't have much long-term feedback yet, but I have tried the cushion and it completely fulfills the relief objective I was hoping for at the moment. Given the price of the product, I was expecting a much more revolutionary cushion. My coccyx pain hasn't improved at all. It's a shame, considering the price.

The cushion gives me comfort but not over the long term, e.g. a 2-hour car journey.

Seat too small

My pudendal neuralgia cushion, as far as I'm concerned, lacks thickness. Given the cost, I was hoping for better!

After my third order, I was disappointed with the last one. Not only is there an inscription on the inside of the cover (2021) that cannot be removed, but the seat also has rings, which is unacceptable for me at this price.

It's anti-vibration for forklift drivers, but not comfortable to sit on...

Very little improvement after one month's trial of the cluneale cushion.

The product relieves my pain. Of the 3 I tested, it's the most effective. However, after sitting for several hours, I feel pain on the sides of my buttocks. I'm a bit disappointed that, given the price, it's not perfect.

I appreciated being able to try out the cushion for 8 days. Unfortunately, for me, it didn't relieve the pain. So I was able to return it without difficulty.

The seat is not very stable and always has to be put back in place.

I'm sorry to post an opinion contrary to the majority of users of this cushion, but it provides little relief from the burning sensations in my buttocks and thighs caused by my clunealgia, which was diagnosed in 2014 at Tenon Hospital. Fortunately, I've had long periods of respite. I'm waiting for the next one, if she deigns to show up, because for me this cushion, which at times brings me relief despite everything, doesn't justify the expense.

Good quality except for the 25 euro cushion strap option which is totally ineffective. High cost, I hope I'll get good use out of it.

Mask not easy to wear a lot of material inside I'm very disappointed.

I ordered 2 fabric masks. The masks are not quite the same shape, very complicated to use with glasses despite the metal clip, the elastic bands are not the same size. Very disappointed by the products. Otherwise fast delivery, nothing to say.

I think the masks fit the face well, but there's a big problem with the nose clip: it's ten times too big and doesn't fit with glasses.

These masks are good, but you can't position them properly on your nose (even with the nose clip) and your glasses fog up. What's more, I ordered 2 masks, and one of them doesn't have the brand label... which is annoying, when you consider the price and the sales pitch.

Problem with the delivery, the address was not fully indicated, as well as a problem with the mask's elastic band, which is too large but easily repairable. However, it's a quality and durable product.

I haven't found any convincing improvement so far, maybe we need to wait longer?
