This is my second purchase of an ergonomic cushion to relieve my pudendal neuralgia, following the loss of the first one. Nice idea, nice product, nice company. But very "French", even if there is an English version of the website, all communication about order status is in French. For me it’s okay, but to conquer the European market you should use modern language technologies to translate for each country. Every basic programmer would help. I've been testing the seat and backrest for the car for a week (I drive between 400 and 500 km/day) it took me about 3 days to figure out how to place everything. I've also changed my driving position a lot. It's very comfortable for the seat and back. I think it's going to suit me well
