We're sorry to hear that the cushion wasn't able to help you. Being a manufacturer, we also work on a bespoke basis to adapt our products when they don't fit. As I feared, the cushion does not alleviate pain because there is not enough height and there is always contact between the buttock and the support. Disappointed, especially considering the cost of this cushion.
