Hello, I have received my Ergoccyx Bureau+ cushion. I wanted to make a comment regarding the packaging. The postman tried to bend the product to fit it into the mailbox. Fortunately, my husband stopped him in time since we were expecting this delivery. I understand the eco-responsible approach that motivates your choice of packaging, but perhaps you could specify that it is a fragile product intended for medical use, and especially to avoid bending it to prevent the risk of damage. Given the price, it would be a shame. Furthermore, I don't have much long-term feedback yet, but I have tried the cushion and it completely fulfills the relief objective I was hoping for at the moment. I don't have too much hindsight to evaluate the "2045 + 2013 Car Healing Pack" that I did receive! When I return from vacation in mid-August, ask me again. I've never used the lever on my seat to raise or lower it. It's currently stuck! I hope my mechanic can do something, because with my cushion, I'm a bit high (laughs).

Given the price of the product, I was expecting a much more revolutionary cushion. My coccyx pain hasn't improved at all. It's a shame, considering the price.

The cushion gives me comfort but not over the long term, e.g. a 2-hour car journey.

It would be interesting to be able to have your order delivered at a point_relais so that you don't have to wait a whole day for it to be delivered. Otherwise, the item ordered is perfect.

Quality product arrived on time. The loan option is a definite plus.

I feel that the cushion is quite effective when shaking in streets that have undergone a lot of work. On the other hand, unless I place the cushion on the wrong side (?), the strap with the fixed buckle on the inside of the seat is difficult to fit, given that I change vehicles every weekend!
