The items are of very good quality and give complete satisfaction; the only regret is that they have to be replaced a little too often (for my part, every two years), as the seat in particular ends up sagging. Deadlines were met; a serious company.

Good quality product

Ordered masks and received them more than 3 weeks after ordering. No reply to my message of concern about the delay. Mask has a lace-type fastener and is not elastic... It is not ergonomic at nose level. Disappointed with my purchase.

Hello, we got together to place a large order for the first masks made by Ergotech. We're very disappointed because they're too small and the elastics easily slip out of the ears. We won't be able to use them. Good quality material. Easy to wash and quick drying. In the order we had 3 of the new model which is perfect outside summer.

Lack of communication, no precise deadline announced and finally a 15-day late delivery on a hard-fought piece of information !!!!! Large" masks are too tight, making them uncomfortable.... Too bad......
