Very good advice.
I waited a long time to receive unusable, suffocating masks made for children. Unacceptable, not satisfied.
Very long delivery time (over 1 month) not specified on the site. No more info by email. Too bad I will not repeat my experience.

The masks are very well designed, but too narrow. The delivery time is very long, especially for a rather expensive paid delivery.

Good quality product
Ordered masks and received them more than 3 weeks after ordering. No reply to my message of concern about the delay. Mask has a lace-type fastener and is not elastic... It is not ergonomic at nose level. Disappointed with my purchase.
Hello, we got together to place a large order for the first masks made by Ergotech. We're very disappointed because they're too small and the elastics easily slip out of the ears. We won't be able to use them. Good quality material. Easy to wash and quick drying. In the order we had 3 of the new model which is perfect outside summer.
I can confirm that our first mask models didn't fit everyone.
We now only have one model, created by us, which adapts perfectly to different faces. It's the one you received in triplicate.

Lack of communication, no precise deadline announced and finally a 15-day late delivery on a hard-fought piece of information !!!!! Large" masks are too tight, making them uncomfortable.... Too bad......

No news of my order on the expected delivery date (5 weeks) and no response when I asked questions. When I finally got a reply, it was to tell me to cancel my order if I wasn't happy. The product purchased (fabric mask) is very average. The quality varies from mask to mask.
We have been overwhelmed by requests for masks and it is true that we have had difficulty meeting our deadlines.
We apologize for this.

Finally, concerning the difference in quality between masks, we confess we don't understand...

A company that was able to react to the shortage of masks and didn't wait for all these official validations to manufacture them. I'm not exactly familiar with their usual activities, but if they react so quickly to problems, it's because they're responsive and competent, and that's something to be encouraged.
