Very good.
No news of my order on the expected delivery date (5 weeks) and no response when I asked questions. When I finally got a reply, it was to tell me to cancel my order if I wasn't happy. The product purchased (fabric mask) is very average. The quality varies from mask to mask.
We have been overwhelmed by requests for masks and it is true that we have had difficulty meeting our deadlines.
We apologize for this.
Like our other customers, we offered you a refund if you wished. This was not an obligation, we simply wanted to give everyone the choice. We apologize if this was inappropriate.
Finally, concerning the difference in quality between masks, we confess we don't understand...
The quality of our masks, certified by the DGA and IFTH, is beyond doubt... Please do not hesitate to contact us again to exchange masks if necessary!

A company that was able to react to the shortage of masks and didn't wait for all these official validations to manufacture them. I'm not exactly familiar with their usual activities, but if they react so quickly to problems, it's because they're responsive and competent, and that's something to be encouraged. WAS INFORMED OF THE DELAY IN DELIVERY BY A VERY KIND PERSON. THE MASKS WOULD BE GREAT BUT THE ELASTICS ARE A BIT SHORT.
Very long lead times and mask elastics too short, impossible to wear. They made masks but didn't have the capacity to manufacture this product, even though the filtration was validated by AFNOR.
As we explained, it's impossible for elastic bands to fit everyone, which is why we now only offer the bias model (to be tied behind the head).
We have a production capacity of 20,000 masks a day, and we now have stock.

Nice site, but a pity, the masks seem to be of good quality, out of 20 reusable masks received 5 may be usable, the elastics are too short and pull on the ears. Disappointed 🙁
As we mentioned, standard-sized elastic bands are unfortunately not suitable for everyone. That's why we now offer a mask with bias ties to tie behind the head.

It's true that elastic bands are not suitable for everyone and can cause discomfort. In fact, we've decided to stop making masks with elastics, and only with bias ties, to alleviate this problem.

Quite apart from the problem of delivery - which is not Ergotech's fault, but which still counts for the whole service - I'd like to criticize the masks for having elastic bands that are far too short, making the mask uncomfortable to wear. This is more than annoying!
Yes, it's a problem we've encountered, and that's why we've decided to offer only bias masks from now on. This means a better fit and greater comfort for everyone.

I had to go and pick up my parcel, the delivery man hadn't told me I was away on a medical appointment; the carrier's website wasn't working, so I had to go to Cesson Sevigné. Not a great delivery; as for the masks, they're too thick to breathe and the elastics are too short: not really satisfied;
Our carrier Géodis has also had to cope with very high demand, which has had an impact on deliveries, but it is doing everything it can to remedy the situation.
Concerning the thickness of the mask, it has been designed for optimum efficiency and absorbs 97.5% of particles after 50 washes (compared to the 99% absorption rate of surgical masks). It's true that some of our customers find it too thick, but this is rare, as the protection provided is the priority.
Indeed, following feedback on elastic bands, we have decided to stop offering them, as they cannot automatically be adapted for everyone.
