The package was not delivered by Chronopost to the chosen pickup point. I went there 5 times because the pickup point was closed while the announced opening hours were not respected. I needed these shoes on Thursday for a tournament. I couldn't pick them up until Saturday. Huge disappointment and a lot of unnecessary stress for me.

From a certain order amount, they say they offer overgrips but they do not send them. An oversight on their part but they do not resend them... do not expect their 'offers'... otherwise the ordered racket is good

Ten days after payment, there is no information on where the ordered padel racket is as the provided tracking code returns "tracking not available"; the result is that I am waiting for a package that may never arrive and, of course, I cannot purchase elsewhere for fear of ending up with two rackets that I wouldn't know what to do with. Terrible experience with this online store.

Unfortunately, a negative note for customer service: after registering I did not receive the welcome discount and the operator in the online chat, after an initial response, did not provide any solution and stopped responding to my messages. Promoted for convenience and logistics, but the assistance definitely needs improvement. For this, 3 stars out of 5.

I contacted customer service for information on the weights of the racket I was interested in, I was told between 355 and 370 gr. I purchased selecting the option "lighter weight and paying 5 euros for this service".. I received a racket weighing 372 gr.!!!

Great seller and fast delivery. But I can't give 5 stars because I requested a lightweight weight paying 5 euros and I received a racket that weighs 372 gr! I had asked for information about the weights and was told it varied from 355 to 370 gr... I was a bit disappointed..

Pour le choix et la livraison c’est bien. Mais pour le matériel c’est moins bien. Ma raquette s’est fissurée au bout de même pas deux semaines.et après 5 parties. Est ce que c’est régulièrement le cas avec la marque bullpadel ? Je cherche donc une nouvelle raquette mais je ne sais pas quoi prendre.

As mentioned in our Return Policy, it is impossible to return an unpacked racket as it is no longer considered new. You can visit our second-hand site to sell it. Unfortunately, this is the case with all sites, it is impossible to test a racket and return it afterwards. We have a test racket section where you can try some of our rackets!

Racket arrived broken on the edge (unusable!). I called 5 minutes after delivery. My only mistake was removing the protective plastic from the handle... Since June 5th, no news from customer service!!! (it is June 15th). I am really disappointed. I still don't know if my racket will be refunded or replaced. I expected better from Esprit Padel Shop.

The plastic on the handle has been removed, which guarantees the new condition of the racket. It is therefore no longer new, we cannot take it back. Everything is mentioned in our Return Policy! We have a special page with test rackets to try the rackets beforehand!
