I made a purchase from UK and the price in the website was in £ but it didn't include import taxes and this was not clear in the terms and conditions

Fast shipping and perfect product. Small downside on the price. Even with the 20% discount I found cheaper afterwards on another site but the order was placed! Still satisfied

The package was not delivered by Chronopost to the chosen pickup point. I went there 5 times because the pickup point was closed while the announced opening hours were not respected. I needed these shoes on Thursday for a tournament. I couldn't pick them up until Saturday. Huge disappointment and a lot of unnecessary stress for me.

Ten days after payment, there is no information on where the ordered padel racket is as the provided tracking code returns "tracking not available"; the result is that I am waiting for a package that may never arrive and, of course, I cannot purchase elsewhere for fear of ending up with two rackets that I wouldn't know what to do with. Terrible experience with this online store.
