Very well-made site (the comparator is great). Lots of choices and good prices. I don't give 5 stars because the choice of delivery service for the DOM is extremely expensive. I paid 65.90 euros in shipping fees (not counting the taxes that need to be added, which is normal). So I paid almost as much for the racket as for the fees and taxes. I will only make a purchase again when the delivery service is something other than DHL. Note: For a racket (375g) I had 44.90 euros in shipping fees at the time of order. Hello, I received my package quickly (I live in Belgium) and in perfect condition, congratulations to your collaborators and your shipping service for this. Regarding the quality of the products, the socks (Nox) are made of a material that slips inside the shoe. I will not order them again. My sneakers (Nox) are of top quality! I forgot to enter the code before finalizing my order (over 100€), so I did not receive the gift tubes of balls. Could you automate, include gifts by default when the purchase amount conditions are met? This would prevent forgetful people like me from being deprived of pleasant bonuses. Thank you! Following the delivery of a Siux racket with a defect. Very long customer service, impossible to reach them by phone. Despite numerous exchanged emails. I am still waiting for a response. I just ask for a refund and a prepaid label for the return of the racket. This story has been going on for more than 10 days. Hoping for some responsiveness in the days following this comment.
