Rather fast shipping (ordered Friday night, arrived Wednesday noon at the pickup point!) nice quality-price ratio, even if I am a bit disappointed to have a small part of the grip that remained stuck to the blister (storage problem in the heat maybe). Nothing serious, I would surely recommend again!

The site had a defect in the adhesive of the plastic packaging on the handle of a series of rackets but continues to sell them without specifying it.. okay they sent a grip and overgrip but if I had had the info, I would not have necessarily made this purchase

In fact, I have nothing to say about the delay but unfortunately the racket I received had a chip, a crack on the paint and I did not return the racket right away because I opened the package much later after receipt because it was a gift. If I had the possibility to make a complaint, I would do it because in addition to this small issue, I played 1 match and the grip is already worn out, so of very poor quality I have never seen that I have played tennis for 20 years and the grip does not wear out that quickly

Hello, I ordered a racket for a test. Personally, I find that the trial period is really short (7 days vs 14 days generally, it allows for several matches). Moreover, the racket could be delivered with an overgrip, for hygiene and comfort. Otherwise, nothing to report. Thank you for offering this service.

To be totally transparent with you, we have many requests for tests for few racket models made available by the brands. This explains why we are on a 7-day delay and not 14, in order to respond to the high demand.

Following a size issue, I returned the pair of shoes ordered on August 28, using the return slip provided by the Esprit Padel Shop site, requesting the reshipment of the larger size in exchange. To this day, September 4 (8 days later), no follow-up from the site, no reshipment of the replacement product, and the site does not provide any satisfactory response to my inquiries, constantly extending the deadline communicated to me. I even wonder if it is not a scam. Beware of this site.
