Following the delivery of a Siux racket with a defect. Very long customer service, impossible to reach them by phone. Despite numerous exchanged emails. I am still waiting for a response. I just ask for a refund and a prepaid label for the return of the racket. This story has been going on for more than 10 days. Hoping for some responsiveness in the days following this comment. Too bad because their YouTube videos are of quality. Jerome.
