Fast shipping of the package and refund of my order was also quick. My purchase did not suit me. The bag ordered was too small, so it's not your service's fault.

I received my package quickly, and all the items matched very well with the items on the website. A little shout-out to Esprit Padel Shop: I told them I forgot to include the promo codes for padel balls... they sent them to me (and even more) in a separate package!!! Incredible but true!!! I recommend this site for your orders, the items are commented on and are of quality!

Following the delivery of a Siux racket with a defect. Very long customer service, impossible to reach them by phone. Despite numerous exchanged emails. I am still waiting for a response. I just ask for a refund and a prepaid label for the return of the racket. This story has been going on for more than 10 days. Hoping for some responsiveness in the days following this comment. Too bad because their YouTube videos are of quality. Jerome.
