Racket that does not suit me at all, you refuse to take it back because I unpacked it and removed the plastic to try it. I don't see how I could test a racket without unpacking it... Best regards

As mentioned in our Return Policy, it is impossible to return an unpacked racket as it is no longer considered new. You can visit our second-hand site to sell it. Unfortunately, this is the case with all sites, it is impossible to test a racket and return it afterwards. We have a test racket section where you can try some of our rackets!

Racket arrived broken on the edge (unusable!). I called 5 minutes after delivery. My only mistake was removing the protective plastic from the handle... Since June 5th, no news from customer service!!! (it is June 15th). I am really disappointed. I still don't know if my racket will be refunded or replaced. I expected better from Esprit Padel Shop.
