Nothing to say about the ordered and received products which are perfectly in line with expectations. However, entrusting the delivery of products to Chronopost will be a dealbreaker for future purchases. Thank you for your listening and help with my son's Christmas gift, but the order expected on the 20th was finally delivered on the 24th with a bunch of lame excuses from Chronopost, which is unacceptable. Change the delivery method and I will gladly order again!

Very friendly customer service, but ABOVE ALL do not use Chonopost, despite choosing a pick-up point near my home, they unilaterally decided to put my (small) package at the other end of the city! impossible to go pick it up... complications, postal return, etc. missed gift...
