Good service, a bit more communication for deliveries would be nice. Another point regarding the site, it would be easier to start by logging in to place an order rather than having to wait until the payment moment to log in. And finally, being able to access your information by logging in, currently I think this is impossible.

Very good padel racket, however the delivery (chronopost) is terrible, does not ring the intercom, does not leave a delivery notice, I was not delivered, had to go pick up the package myself at the agency!

Good interaction with someone efficient and I am very happy with this racket. 2 downsides I had asked if the racket protector was included and I did not get it as it is no longer provided with the racket. I therefore ordered one from the brand online. I had asked for a grip to be put on. It was OK but I was called back to say that due to a warranty issue they could not do it for me. At my club, they put it on in 2 minutes and when I told the story of the grip they laughed and told me that you didn't want to do it. It's true that the warranty story is a bit particular, I am not buying a television but a grip for a few euros. You know everything ;-)

Indeed we do not put grips on new rackets because you do not really have a way of knowing if the racket we send you is new.
So to avoid any problems, we avoid this kind of thing.
