I placed an order.i paid!then they call me to inform me that 3 products are missing from my parcel.and that the rest of my order will be delivered to me almost 1 week later!so for me they could have put directly on the site that the products are out of stock.that's the problem!

I ordered the Probel Cocktail Crochet Wick 8". Apart from the fact that they are good quality strands however I think there was a deception on my order. Indeed, I ordered the color 2 Natural and T2/30 Tie & Dye Châtain Pointe Châtain Clair but, I think I was sent the color 1 because it is very very black. I can distinguish between the black colors 1, 1B and 2 and it is clear that the color collected is not the number 2 even if on the package, it says number 2.

Hello Madam, we think that there was a misunderstanding on the chosen color because we can assure you that there was no deception on your order. Indeed, synthetic hair is darker than natural hair and from one model to another the color n°2 is not exactly the same. At Probel the 1b and the 2 are almost similar and black. Don't hesitate to ask us for the pictures of the colors if you have any doubt. We remain at your disposal for any further information and can be reached at 01.43.56.38.42 if needed from Monday to Friday until 7pm
