This review concerns the CARRIER! After receiving a delivery message while WE WERE AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, we check our mailbox: NOTHING! We call to find out where our package is: over 23 EUROS IN PHONE CHARGES (THANK YOU!!!) and we still don't know more... After several days, a neighbor (same house number as us but DIFFERENT STREET and DIFFERENT NAME) brings us our package, luckily he didn't keep it!!! For a package that was supposed to be handed over in person WITH CODE, UNACCEPTABLE!!! Moreover, the carrier had our mobile number (certainly eager to finish his route to go home), it's so much easier to put the package in another mailbox, the customers just have to figure out how to retrieve it. But these same customers also work and have other things to do!

THE ONLY DRAWBACK I HAVE IS NOT BEING ABLE TO COMMUNICATE BY PHONE. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT FOR CONSULTATIONS IT IS COLDER AND MORE COMPLICATED TO SOLVE IT BY EMAIL.

Order arrived with defects, I suggested to reorder by paying but simply with a discount which was refused by saying that everything was compliant.
