we ordered places for galas and the numbering of the bracelets did not follow; the fault fell back on us under the pretext that we did not specify it at the time of the order we do 6 galas a year for 20 years and it's the first time there is no logic; too bad we wanted to work with a French company

The quality of the fluorescent bracelets is mediocre

Good exchanges to finalize the order which is delivered quickly, but the products, not sufficiently protected, arrived damaged. Customer Service does not respond to the complaint. Very disappointed.

No respect for the order, I ordered express 48h, the delivery was made to a pickup point, and they didn't even wait and sent it back to the sender. Europaband asked me to pay for the order again, so a price of 800€

Order request identical to the previous one but color not respected. No alert on the color difference that may occur without pantone transmission.

The color, the quality of the print are not satisfactory. The printed material does not catch the eye and is hard to read. We wanted to order another 1000 but unfortunately, this will not work.

The bracelets do not have the clasp we ordered! We ordered bracelets with a reusable snap closure ring, but the bracelets we received have the plastic closure with teeth, which makes them neither adjustable nor reusable...

The logo print on the bands is not clean. A black square box was printed around the logo, even though the logo was transparent. Therefore, the bands do not look professional. We have ordered from you before and it worked. That was also the reason why we ordered from you again. Unfortunately, the chat contact on your website could not help me.

I don't arrive on time, breach of delivery deadlines

I ordered badges, the thickness of the cardboard is too thin... so for the price, I am disappointed. Also, I asked if there were cords, I was never answered and there were no cords!!

This review concerns the CARRIER! After receiving a delivery message while WE WERE AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, we check our mailbox: NOTHING! We call to find out where our package is: over 23 EUROS IN PHONE CHARGES (THANK YOU!!!) and we still don't know more... After several days, a neighbor (same house number as us but DIFFERENT STREET and DIFFERENT NAME) brings us our package, luckily he didn't keep it!!! For a package that was supposed to be handed over in person WITH CODE, UNACCEPTABLE!!! Moreover, the carrier had our mobile number (certainly eager to finish his route to go home), it's so much easier to put the package in another mailbox, the customers just have to figure out how to retrieve it. But these same customers also work and have other things to do!

Order arrived with defects, I suggested to reorder by paying but simply with a discount which was refused by saying that everything was compliant.

Hello, The deadline was not respected. We received the wrong package. Not much tracking. No compensation offered.

A bug told me that my order was not placed. I received an email from EUROABAND saying payment error. So I placed an order again. 3 hours later I received a new email from EUROABAND telling me that the first order was actually placed so they charged me for both orders. I sent the screenshots to EUROABAND to explain. They still printed both orders pretending not to see the email. They do not want to issue a refund. Also, the second order was cheaper because I did not take the BAT option. But on my bank statement, it appears that they charged me the same price even though the order and the invoice are cheaper, outrageous.

The logo is not centered and printed at the bottom of the bracelet, it doesn't look professional

The deadline is not announced. Despite several exchanges with customer service, no date has been provided, more than a month and a half of waiting for lanyards, delivery the day before the event jeopardized its proper preparation. No commercial gesture has been proposed.

Tokens do not match the photo of the quote and refuse to take my complaint into account and offer me a 10% discount while I was asking for the reprinting of the tokens because the print is illegible

Before starting the production of my order, it would have been helpful to inform me that the design requested in the quote was not feasible. Instead of paying for nothing in the end. You are losing customers because as a member of my student office, I will not recommend you for the following years.

Customer service is terrible

Beautiful bracelet but delivery time to receive had to get angry with Chronopost for them to deliver on the day of the event. While Europaband had told me that I would receive my package the day before. Really disappointed

4 -6 weeks after payment, I had to inquire when the order would be processed. I had immediately sent a PSF with the transfer details. In response, I received a standard text in English... thank you for providing the proof of payment. As soon as the amount is received, we will ship the goods. I then informed them again that the payment had already been x weeks ago. After that, I received no response, only a notification about the successful shipment. Customer service is different!

Not delivered what was ordered!

I put a QR code in the design, due to the poor quality of the print it could not be read.

Total failure to meet the deadline. Chaotic delivery of a product different from the order. Very poor communication.

The product was faulty, and they did not respond when I mentioned it.

An error was made on the proof while my order was correct, I had to place a second express order with very high shipping costs without any commercial gesture.

Order delay

At the time I am writing, I still have not received my order.. I am quite worried I absolutely need them for Thursday, July 10 without fail!

I received an order, the product invoice is of quality but my requests regarding the manufacturing were not read nor my request for a proof. Everything is generalized. Too bad I invested €180 in a product that does not meet my expectations.
