For the 2nd year in a row, I was very, very worried that I wouldn't receive them in time. 1500 coureurs....not having any news, I called on Friday 27/09 (2 days before the virade de l'espoir and our color run) and was told that the order had been lost...I had to insist that it be sent back to me urgently. I finally received the parcel on Saturday morning (even though chronopost had sent me 1 e-mail telling me that the parcel would arrive on Monday 30/09).

I placed an order for two different visuals. However, the files had the same name and the printer placed the order with only one of the files for both orders. Moral: send files with different names, don't be in a hurry and order well in advance.
