I am still waiting for the invoice WITHOUT VAT. The product itself is fine, but I have never received the invoice without VAT.

Well except the delivery (please stop using UPS, it's always a source of trouble, postponed deliveries, wasted time). Sometimes you wonder if they're just learning their trade! I'm really unhappy to have opted for the 24-hour delivery service, only to be delivered after the "normal" delivery date, and to have wasted my time going from delivery point to delivery point.
