I don't understand why I paid 5€ for the check? You just send a PDF file. Instead of printing a product and saying: This is what your product will look like when we go into series production. Other than that, I didn't find any defects. The company responds quickly and is friendly.

The color is lighter than expected and my logo has no inscription, the problem is that your preview on the site doesn't really match. I'd like to recommend it, if possible!

I received the bracelets quickly, and it's great! However, the quality leaves something to be desired. The colors don't come out as I'd requested, which is a shame. However, given the very affordable price, I expected this, which justifies my 3-star rating. Had the price been higher, I'd probably have given it 2 stars.

For the 2nd year in a row, I was very, very worried that I wouldn't receive them in time. 1500 coureurs....not having any news, I called on Friday 27/09 (2 days before the virade de l'espoir and our color run) and was told that the order had been lost...I had to insist that it be sent back to me urgently. I finally received the parcel on Saturday morning (even though chronopost had sent me 1 e-mail telling me that the parcel would arrive on Monday 30/09).

I wanted glow-in-the-dark bracelets and the ones I received are not.

The color didn't match my expectations. You have to choose the color from a color wheel. Chromatic circle that doesn't necessarily correspond to our visions. I think there should be an explanation of how to choose the color so as not to have any unpleasant surprises on delivery.

Delivery on time, but wrong color bracelet! I'm still waiting for a refund for this order, which doesn't conform to the initial request or to the optional proof paid for and validated by me...

Error at start of delivery rectified immediately

The quality of the bracelets was good, and the customer service was very attentive. Overall a good experience, I must admit that the wristbands came out redder than on the proof and some batches suffered from the printer's offset (the logo was sometimes off-center).

Colors darker than on the proof, a little disappointed as our graphics don't really stand out in the end. For the rest, nothing to complain about, top quality workmanship and service.

The uploaded logos were pixelated for no reason.

The visual of the bracelet is not printed on the axis of the fabric band.

Hello, I am very disappointed with the quality of the chokers (stitching, product quality, texture,...) and the customer service with a big delay on my order and a more than average response to my complaint. Having already ordered a few years ago, I can see the deterioration in service and quality.

The product is perfectly what I wanted but I couldn't put 5 stars on it because the delivery was almost 15 days late with no message to warn me.

I didn't receive my order on time, with conflicting messages that production hadn't even started.

I placed an order for two different visuals. However, the files had the same name and the printer placed the order with only one of the files for both orders. He was very reactive when I contacted him once I'd received the bracelets and noticed the error, but he sent the reprint with the wrong address. My bracelets will arrive after my event, even though I ordered them almost 2 weeks before. Moral: send files with different names, don't be in a hurry and order well in advance.

Order made by phone ....this one was recorded wrong so not all the right products at the reception and then impossible to rectify.... I phoned to try to rectify I was to call me back !!!!!!!!
