I clarify that this is not a review of the seller EI, it is a criticism of the delivery method and the complications it causes. EI sells medical equipment, so it is assumed that some people who buy it may potentially be disabled, sick, etc. For me, the delivery was delayed for a week for more or less valid reasons, only to end up being delivered in another department. This is simply unacceptable on the part of the provider responsible for delivery for this type of product.

Delivery problem at home For the first time, the usual delivery by DPD to the floor following my explicit request was not carried out, replaced, while I was present, by a delivery by Chronopost to the caretaker. This imposes a transfer that is very difficult for me.

I paid for the packaging of the package to be discreet (€1.99) and the box arrived with the brand name, plus the product title and 'Man' written on it. This is the second time!! The first time I can understand it being an oversight, but when it happens again, it's no longer an oversight, it's a professional mistake, plus a service (discretion) charged on invoices (€1.99 X 2). The ordered goods are fine, everything is good, but the logistics contractor BRT did not deliver to my satisfaction. 4 parts in 2 days. No acceptance of the delivery date change. No drop-off permission. No sufficient communication. DHL can do better.
