However, as for the delivery, between the delivery slot given to you, the delivery person arrives 20 minutes early and when they ring the bell, you don't have time to open the door before they have already left, and no matter how much you whistle after the driver, they do not stop, and for the next 2 days, they never showed up. Yet, I sat on my doorstep 30 minutes before the actual delivery slot and 20 minutes later, I received a notification saying delivery rescheduled, client absent, which is completely false. In the end, I lost 3 mornings of work, I wasted my time on the phone trying to retrieve my package, I paid for home delivery only for them to deliver my package to a pickup point. Ultimately, I lost a lot of time and money, but that matters little to you; I will be subjected to your prepared polite formula in this case.
