Perfect diapers for my 13-year-old autistic son. Highly absorbent, perfect size. Too bad there isn't a loyalty program. I buy them every month for about 230€, a small gesture from time to time would be appreciated.

The ordered goods are fine, everything is good, but the logistics contractor BRT did not deliver to my satisfaction. 4 parts in 2 days. No acceptance of the delivery date change. No drop-off permission. No sufficient communication. DHL can do better.

My order did not arrive at the requested pickup point but in two separate boxes, one at a pickup point not chosen 15 km from my home and the other at a pickup point I chose in replacement of the initially selected pickup point, which was not available. Europe Incontinence is not to blame, I believe, I think the mistake comes from Mondial Relay, which does not update its pickup points and then messes up deliveries like this one...
