Very bad, no responsibility. Customer service absent... product not received for more than a month, no refunds.

It's a shame to have to pay an extra fee for discreet parcel delivery; for this type of product, it seems normal to have neutral packaging by default.

Quality of purchased products is declining (diapers that tear).

I bought MOMICATE protections supposedly 10 drops and that is absolutely not the case. I am really disappointed.

I must say that for the previous 2 orders I placed I would have given 5 stars and for this one I give 3 stars and not one. Order paid by bank transfer on November 28 and consisting of three items: one arrived early, the second only on December 18, the third has not yet been delivered! It shows a delivery attempt but that is not true, there is always someone at the shipping address. Also, checking the order status on the site I find DELIVERED while one of the three items I have not yet received.

It's a hassle that until the country is entered, the real price of what you want to buy and its shipping costs are not known. This can make you reconsider whether to buy something or not... It's a hassle that they don't do home deliveries without having to pay extra, especially if part of their customers are elderly or have physical problems. Although I understand that it has its side of raising awareness about the extra cost of bringing things to the door. I had to buy without being able to read reviews from other users and I would have liked to know what other buyers thought. I would have liked to have much more information about the products, such as how they are sewn or how to wash them better and their specific pattern and dimensions, and the materials, more detailed. Choosing the correct size, with the info from the website, was really impossible for me. I found myself having to buy two sizes knowing that one would not be suitable. That doesn't seem right to me. But the diapers are quite good and they notify you when you can go pick them up via SMS.

Order placed on October 20, expected for the 28th. They attempted delivery on October 31, but I wasn't home. No notice or alternative delivery date. Contacted europe-incontinence to cancel the order and still no response.

The deadlines are met and the delivery itself causes no problems: however, the durability of the item leaves something to be desired (you are not to blame), it tore after the first hand wash, when putting it on.

Good prices, but long shipping times

Good product, as described. Good to have a choice in shipping options. The shipping took a few days, but it comes from Belgium, so one must expect a longer shipping time.

Regarding deliveries, there is no tracking unless requested. And deliveries are quite long compared to a few months ago.

Always too long to receive the package. DPD, the order leaves from Belgium, goes to Beaune then goes back to the Belgian border instead of the order place. We are told to pay attention to pollution. I think we want to laugh. Too bad because it's a great site.

Even if the product descriptions (especially the usage instructions) are not precise/complete enough, they are quickly identifiable on an ergonomic and pleasant site to browse. The purchased products (washable adult diapers) are of good quality, comfortable and effective in use... all arrived in an intact package and quickly. Perhaps a little less post-order email and tracking of packages to reduce the impact on the planet would be appreciated... or compensating for their use.
