The carrier was unable to deliver your package to the initial pickup point due to its temporary unavailability. They then dropped your package at the nearest pickup point.

GLS takes way too long to deliver in France while your company is extremely responsive. The pads smell too much like oil and it's unpleasant, maybe even dangerous for a disabled person who must always have one in their bed. They are very poorly thermally glued, so they tear when opened and many have to be thrown away. Can you please pass this information to the manufacturer?
