They sent my Molicare Mobile premium order inside a huge box of TENA Bed underpad of 140 units which, being so fragile and filled with plastics to complete it, arrived broken and with the packages of my purchase visible. I accepted the shipment because they did not appear damaged and it is the first time this has happened. I hope that in the future they will use appropriate boxes as they had done until now. I can send you a photograph showing the condition in which it was delivered to me.
